In support of the educational material and content readily available throughout the Consumer Affairs website, the Downloads page of the Consumer Affairs website is intended to afford users the ability to easily gain access to a number of additional resources. Such additional resources include the following:

• Legislation: All Bermuda laws and regulations referred to throughout the Consumer Affairs website are readily available and free to download for further reference;
• Handbooks: All educational content and material found throughout the Consumer Affairs website are readily available and free to download in the form of in-depth educational handbooks;
• Letter Templates: Appreciating the emphasis that Consumer Affairs has made for consumers and business enterprises to exercise open and clear communication, Consumer Affairs has made readily available for download a number of Letter templates intended to act as guidance when attempting to submit any means of formal communication in writing(i.e. physical letter and/or e-mail);
• Product Recalls: All product recall announcements made by Consumer Affairs through its social media platforms will be made readily available and free to download.
• Annual Report: Under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 Consumer Affairs is mandated to produce an annual report outlining all regulatory administrative efforts undertaken for each fiscal year.  All annual reports will be made readily available and free to download.
